Fantastic Four back at Marvel?

Due to the critical and box office failure of the latest Fantastic Four(FF) movie, rumor has it that the rights for Marvel's first family is back under Marvel's roof. For a long time, 20th Century Fox has been clinging to the rights, finally they are rumored to give the rights back to Marvel but with an exchange of the Legion and Hellfire TV series rights. Both of this series will consist of X-Men characters.

Characters like Mr. Fantastic, The Invisible Woman, The Thing, Human Torch and fan favorite, Silver Surfer will finally joining the reigns of Captain America, Iron man and others. Not to forget, villains such as Dr Doom and Galactus will also be included in the deal. It is also said that a Fantastic Four movie will be in of the mystery movie from year 2020 that they announce last week. The TV series were rumored to be a joint effort from Marvel and 20th Century Fox but IF the FF rights is included in the deal, maybe Marvel is giving 100% TV rights for the X-Men characters to 20th Century Fox.
