MCU Explained

Back in May 2014, I made a post called 'Marvel movie explained'. I wrote that article for those who still were confused with question such as, "Why didn't Batman helped the Avengers?" on their mind. Recently I found a very great video on YouTube that can easily accomplish my previous goal. The video made by MCUExchange was a great explainer on all comic book movie stuff especially the MCU stuff. By the way MCU is the short form of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Anyways, take a look of this video they made.

What do you think of the video? If you like this, go and subscribe to MCUExchange on YouTube

11. The Jungle Book

Director: Jon Favreau

10. Finding Dory

Director: Andrew Stanton

I loved Finding Nemo so much, of course I will see this movie. Although I think this is a bit long overdue but I bet people are still gonna love anyway.

6.Suicide Squad

Director: David Ayer

DC's first outing that doesn't have superman in it. Pretty risky move but I'll take it! Need my Harley Quinn now!

5.Deadpool

Director:Tim Miller
Cast: Ryan Reynolds, Morena Bacarin, TJ Miller, Ed Skrein, Gina Corano

Merc with a mouth is here and I believe he will rock 2016.  I can't wait to see Deadpool in action. Collosus and Negasonic Teenage Warhead looked awesome. This movie has so much promises and I will hold by that. I hope its good!

4.X-Men: Apocalypse

3. Rouge One; A Star Wars Story

Director Gareth Edwards

Its Star Wars! Although its not episode 8 but this movie is still in the Star Wars canon. Set duing the time before episode 4, this movie will tell the story og hoe the rebels stole the plan of the death star. We might get to see Darth Vader again. So, there is something to be exited about!

Director: Russo Bros

Favorite Movies of 2015

I planned to do a video for this but obviously I didn't so I decided to write about it. Here is my favorite movies of 2015. To be honest I haven't watch many great movies this year so this is my own personal  list. Also, I will write a post on my most anticipated movies of 2016 be sure to watch that as well.

If you have a movie that you like and its not in the list, tell me in the comments section below. Plus, you can read my review of these movies by clicking on title.

Before I list my 5 favorite movies of 2015, here are some honorable mention(not in order):

Avengers: Age of Ultron

Spy

Ant Man

Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation

As much as I love this movies, I still can't put them in my top 5 but they are certainly in my top 10.

Here is my top 5 list for my favorite movie of the year

5.Star Wars: The Force Awakens

I loved this movie but I can't help with thinking of how many question I got after watching this. I was supposed to get hyped for episode 8 but a movie like this must have more closure then just leaving us with more question. Other then that, STAR WARS!!!!!!!!!!!

4.The Martian

I enjoyed this movie so much and I think it deserve so much more attention. This movie had a great story and it also had great performances from the actors. It was greatness all around!

3.Kingsman: The Secret Service

I never taught I will enjoy watching a movie as much as I enjoyed watching this movie. This is a movie that does not took itself seriously and played with it. They even told us how much this movie is like a James Bond movie and we loved it anyway

2.Mad Max: Fury Road

I was surprised to see myself enjoying this movie. Its a movie with so little to tell but so much to show. The visual of this movie alone deserve to be recognized by all, and adding the action and background music ? Its like seeing a guy playing a guitar that sprouts flame on a moving vehicle! Its amazingly insane and I love it!

1.Inside Out

Surprised? This movie touched me! I felt all the emotion and just loved how this feelings were portrayed. I had so much fun and laughs in this movie and there was Bing Bong making me cry like a little kid. If you can toy with my emotion like this, you deserve to be no 1.

There you have it my favorite movie of 2015. Before I go, I would just list the worst movies of 2015. Not gonna say anything because this movies should never ever steal anymore time from me!

Jupiter Ascending

The Cobbler

Do not watch these movie if you haven't watched it.

Who is Star Lord's Father? |SundayFunday#1

Guardian of the Galaxy (GOTG) was one of the best Marvel movies so far. It was funny and action packed. Many left the theaters with a smile on their face. Some even say this movie is the Star Wars of this generation. The sequel, GOTG Vol.2 is scheduled to land in theaters on May 2017 and director James Gunn promises that the movie will answer the one question that we all had, "Who is Peter Quill/ Star Lord's father?"

This was an actual picture posted by James Gunn on his Twitter account.

Lets take a look at the list. The only name that caught my intention was J'son of Spartax. In the comics, he is Star Lord's father but James Gunn made a statement that the movie version will not be the same as the comics. Martinex have to come from the future if he is Star Lord's father. Maybe he used the time gem and the movie will explore about that. Marvel doesn't have the rights to Galactus. The other names doesn't really matter because most of them was probably just for fun. Lets take a look how the first movie depicted Peter Quill's father.

Description

• Peter's mother described the father as follows "He was an angel, composed out of pure light." She also said that kid Peter looks just like his father. Plus the father was supposed to be a good guy because Peter's action by picking a fight with the other kids that killed a frog showed how he is a person with much love and justice.
•  Yondu said that he was supposed to take Peter to his father but instead he took him and made him one of his Ravager crew (some kind of space pirate). He also said this by the end of the movie "I may be as pretty as an angel, but I sure as hell I ain't one." This quote seems like nothing at first but if you look at the first point, Peter's mother used the exact same word as Yondu. They used the word 'Angel'.Also, Yondu said this while asking the orb from Star Lord "Hand it over, Son". Saying that doesn't make him the father, that just showed how Yondu is the father figure to Star Lord. To contradict the idea of Yondu being Peter's father, is that he said it himself that Peter's father was " a Jackass" when he was leaving Xandar. If we have to refer to my previous point, Yondu definitely doesn't qualify as "composed out of pure light", a good guy and a loving person. I wouldn't take him out of the equation yet. He may still be Star Lord's father. Who knows!

• Star Lord's father was also describe as an "ancient being" by Nova Prime. He is definitely alien but a race so ancient that probably there is just a few of them left in the universe. That opens a lot possibility. Who  could it be?
• Last but not least, Peter's mother called him "Little Star-Lord" from the letter that she gave to him. I speculate that Peter's father is the O.G Star Lord in the universe. In the movie, the name Star Lord was described as "Legendary Outlaw". That means there was a person who was called Star Lord and he must be Peter's father. Peter used that name, maybe ,because his mother used to call him that or its just a story that everyone tell in the galaxy and took the legend to his own.

Speculation

I want to speculate who might be Star Lord's father. If I were to give any name, I think that would be impossible. There are thousands of name who might just be Star Lord's father. There will be some names but lets keep it general. Here is my  General list of who might be Star Lord's father.

• A person who is completely new in the MCU who we never met or teased before such as a Skrull or the writer's original character.
• A person who is new in the MCU but was teased from other movies, such as Adam Warlock, any Asgardians, one of the Kree or even one of the Eternals or the Celestials.
• There is also some names. You've heard Yondu and Adam Warlock. Mar-Vell Captain Marvel is one of my candidates. He can directly relate GOTG with the upcoming Captain Marvel movie. We could see him passing the torch to Carol Denvers in the Captain Marvel movie. He is a Kree by the way. The Collector is another name I can say. He really seems to have a 'Star-Lord' vibe from him. Theres also names like Thanos(highly unlikely, but he is an Eternal) and Odin or maybe Loki(Asgardian)

Mar-Vell Captain Marvel, Adam Warlock, Thanos and The Collector

In conclusion, the identity of Star Lord's father is still a mystery. We can speculate but now only a handful people know the answer and I bet they will not be willing to tell us anytime soon. What do you guys think. Leave a comment down below. Follow me for more articles like this. Find me on twitter and on instagram. Thank You!

Ant Man and The Wasp announced

Just before New York Comic Con started Marvel dropped a great news for us fans when they announced that an Ant Man sequel named 'Ant Man and The Wasp' was added to the phase 3 movie slate. Scott Lang will return alongside Hope Van Dyne on July 6, 2018. The sequel will mark the first Marvel Studios film named after its heroine.

This addition has led to a couple of other films shifting their dates, with Marvel’s

• Black Panther moving up to February 16, 2018
• Captain Marvel landing on March 8, 2019.

Marvel also announced three untitled Marvel Studios films that will premiere on May 1, 2020, July 10, 2020, and November 6, 2020.

The great news is that we Black Panther is moved forward and we will have an Ant Man sequel but Captain Marvel will be pushed back. The movie will premier just before Avengers: Infinity War Part 2.  Let us see the new movie slate starting with next year's Captain America: Civil War.

Captain America Civil War (6 May 2016)

Doctor Strange (4 Nov 2016)

Guardians of the Galaxy 2 (5 May 2017)

Spider-Man (28 July 2017)

Thor 3 :Ragnarok (3 Nov 2017)

Black Panther (16 February 2018)

AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR: Part 1 ( 4 May 2018)

Ant Man and The Wasp (6 July 2018)

Captain Marvel (8 March 2019)

AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR: Part 2 ( 3 May 2019)

Inhumans (12 July 2019)

Untitled Marvel Movie (1 May 2020)

Untitled Marvel Movie(10 July 2020)

Untitled Marvel Movie(6 November 2020)

I know what you're thinking. Its a gigantic list and am I gonna be alive by that time? The answer is who knows!

I think the 3 untitled movie will be Guardians of The Galaxy 3, Dr Strange 2 and Spiderman 2. I am not really sure but it would be logical since those movie were on of the first movies in phase 3. I also think that Inhumans will be the mark of the last movie in phase 3. So the untitled movies are all in phase 4. We will see. What do you think of the news? Share your thoughts down below. Also don't forget to follow me! Until next time.

Captain America : Civil War Preview

Team Captain America or Team Iron Man? Well, we finally know which Avengers will be in whose side during the movie. Some movie art was posted on Comicbookmovie.com suggesting which hero will side on Cap's side and which hero is on Iron Man's side.

This promo art is almost similar with the a scene in the Civil War comics

Lets see which hero is in which team.

Team Captain America

Team Cap will consist of

1. The Winter Soldier
2. The Falcon
3. Agent 13 a.k.a Sharon Carter
4. Hawkeye
5. Ant Man

All I can say that this is pretty much what everyone speculated before. Team Cap will consist of these peoples. The cool things I wanna highlight is Falcon's drone which will possibly his 'eye in the sky'. Hawkeye's new costume looks good.

Team Iron Man

Team Iron man will consist of

1. The Vision
2. Black Panther
3. Black Widow
4. War Machine

This team is super strong. Iron man new suit looks incredible. War Machine also looked like he had his suit upgraded too. The addition of Black Panther just made this team almost impossible for team Cap to beat.

There are some character missing too. We did not see Scarlet Witch and Spiderman.  Scarlet Witch may end up in team Cap because we saw how she hate Tony Stark in Avengers: Age of Ultron. Spiderman has been rumored to be in team Iron Man. They also say that someone will play as a double agent. Meaning someone will be as loyal to the team as they should be. My money is on Black Widow. I think she will secretly be on Team Cap. There were also rumors about Hulk appearing in this movie as people saw Mark Ruffalo on set of the movie. He might be just visiting his friends or maybe he will be in the movie at some capacity. Maybe we will see a mid credit scene involving him. Captain America : Civil War will be in theaters May 6th 2016.

If you have any question, please leave a comment down below. My question to you guys, do you think we will ever get a Dr Strange cameo, even in the end credit scene of this movie. Don't forget to share your thoughts below!

Bahasa Malaysia

Apakah Perang Saudara Marvel (Marvel's Civil War)?

Lalu bermulalah permusuhan dua penjuru diantara Iron Man dan Captain America. Ada juga pihak-pihak yang enggan campur tangan. Semua X-Men dan Dr. Strange enggan masuk campur.

Ant Man End Credit Scene
