Fantastic Four

I had the chance to watch this movie and here is my review of it! There might be some spoilers of it. You've been warned!

Four young outsiders teleport to an alternate and dangerous universe which alters their physical form in shocking ways. The four must learn to harness their new abilities and work together to save Earth from a former friend turned enemy.

Its clobberin' time! I am serious, this is the time for me to 'clobber' Fantastic Four (F4). I mean why not. I had a short conversation with my brother right after watching this movie We both agree that on the fact that this is a bad movie. The story was fine. I mean I was intrigued to watch this movie right until they introduced Victor Von Doom. I got less intrigue and less and less. This movie fell flat. The pacing was weird, the tone was kinda off and I simply can't put a word to describe this. The action was 'ok'. Nothing new and fun. The acting of several of the actors fell flat.They had one liners that was 'meh'. Dialogue was fine but sometimes too preachy. Their performance was not satisfying. I didn't feel any sadness when these character have to suffer for their loss. They lost someone special and I was like "Oh.. So that person died. Meh, whatever". I don't mind that they were going through the hard times. Their emotions doesn't reach me. These are wonderful actors and actress! What happened? Script? or Directing? The Characters were boring and wasn't fleshed out well and the villain was not strong. I admit I kinda liked how he first appeared but then he just like 'poof' and disappeared. His motivation was established but what he did to implicate his intention and need was nothing but what other villain do. He is a "Kill and destroy because I am evil and I am selfish" kinda villain. The graphic was terrible at times. It just took me out the movie. 

There are some good stuff. Like I said I loved the first few minutes. I kinda liked the music. I am fine with the final battle. Not in love but fine with it. There were some Easter egg. I remember a line where someone said about building a prison in the N-Zone. Definitely some awesome reference from the comic. That's all I can think off!

In conclusion, this movie was not good enough to impress me. I tried to be lenient with it but I still can't find more positive stuff to think off. This movie gets a 'C'. Just give back the rights back to Marvel. Maybe they can fix the problem. I recommend this movie to people who really wanna see how bad this movie is.
